We are from Austin, Texas and we craft Central Texas barbecue in Hawaii.
We're proud of our Texas heritage and with our barbecue, we got nothing to hide so nothing is sauced up prior to serving. For those that want to be saucy,
we offer sauce but what you do with it is your dirty deed!
